LEGO: Lord of the Rings aangekondigd

Warner Bros. en ontwikkelaar Traveler's Tales hebben LEGO: Lord of the Rings aangekondigd. Ook is de eerste trailer uitgebracht waarin de scene uit de mijnen van Moria te zien is.
LEGO: Lord of the Rings volgt de verhaallijn van de filmtrilogie. De game is in co-op te spelen, alle personages waaronder Aragorn, Frodo en Gandalf hebben speciale vaardigheden, en net als LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes zullen de personages spreken door gebruik te maken van de dialogen uit de films.
LEGO: Lord of the Rings komt eind dit jaar uit voor de PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, DS, 3DS, PC, en PS Vita.
